Here, in the heart of nature, we have created a unique space where, for many years, our skilled cheesemakers — true masters of their craft — have been producing artisanal cheeses, premium-quality dairy products, as well as a wide selection of European and Russian cuisine.
Every product is carefully inspected at each stage of production. Our aging chambers are under constant monitoring to ensure perfect conditions — both temperature and humidity. We take great care of our raw ingredients, using only milk from our own cows and goats, which undergoes strict quality control.
Our assortment includes aged cheeses matured from 9 to 18 months, such as Dry Jack, Tomme, Tête de Moine, Manchego, Gruyère, and Canestrato. And, of course, fresh young cheeses with shorter aging periods — Suluguni, Adyghe cheese, Primo Sale, Aichknolle, Halloumi — just to name a few.
Our cheesemakers never stop experimenting. They are proud to offer signature cheeses flavored with basil, mint, nuts, shallots, and even coffee beans.
We will also delight you with the freshest kefir, ryazhenka, cottage cheese, sour cream, a variety of yogurts, and many other delicacies.
And all this comes directly from our very own farm.
